KYC helps identify customers used by the WISA system to check personal information and verify user activity history. KYC is very meaningful to help the information you provide be reputable and widely used.
User uploads information that needs KYC including:
Your portrait image
Front of your citizen identification card
Back of your citizen identification card
After the user successfully KYC, the system will authenticate, here there can be 2 cases:
If the information is complete and accurate -> Confirmed and displays the KYC flag to the user
If the information is incorrect or incorrect, the system will respond and ask the user to provide the correct information. The customer feedback received is due to one of the following reasons:
The image you provided appears to be inaccurate. Please provide a clear image of either the front or back of your ID card that is accurate.
Your portrait image does not display the full face, is overexposed, or blurry. Please provide a clear front-facing portrait image with the entire face visible, without overexposure, blurriness, or cropping.
Your portrait image does not match the ID card provided. Please provide a genuine portrait photo to WISA.
The front image of your ID card is unclear or cropped. Please provide a clear photo to WISA without overexposure, blurriness, or cropping.
The back image of your ID card is unclear or cropped. Please provide a clear photo to WISA without overexposure, blurriness, or cropping.
